Commonwealth Community Care in the Community
Many of Commonwealth Community Care’s services, which include home visits, assistive technology evaluation and coordination, alternative therapies, support groups, and 24/7 care management, are not covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance. Your donations will:
- Support our efforts to provide “above and beyond” services to people with complex physical disabilities
- Enable us to extend our work to more individuals in Massachusetts
- Help us develop new programs to enhance our value in the community
